How long does a deck take to build?
It depends on the size and design. You'll get a realistic timeline along with your estimate, and Michael will keep you posted as the job moves along.
Wood or composite?
Both have trade-offs in cost, look and maintenance. Michael will walk you through the options so you can pick what fits your budget and how you use the space.
Do I need a permit?
Many deck projects require one, depending on size, height and your municipality. Michael will let you know what your project needs before work begins.
Can you fix my existing deck instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. We'll take an honest look and tell you whether a repair makes sense or whether rebuilding is the better value.
